I have practiced all three, and I definitely love pilates and yoga, it makes my body stylized and slim, although they have recommended me to practice strength exercises, which do you think is the best exercise???
Although it is better to be moving than doing nothing!

It's only 3:34 am and I'm still awake, listening to some bachata, I could say I already had breakfast! I already want 10 am to arrive so I can go to the gym, do some Pilates and relax a little more.
